John earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation through the Center for Fiduciary Studies at the Katz Graduate School of Business. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics and Master’s Degree in Accounting from SUNY Albany. John holds the Series 7, 63 and 65 Licenses, as well as Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
He began his career in the financial services industry in 1998 at The World Trade Center as a currency option broker with Cantor-Fitzgerald. After returning to the Capital District, John joined his father, John P. Daley, at A.G. Edwards. John moved his business to UBS Financial Services in 2004 before joining Madison Wealth Managers.
John has served as an Adjunct Professor in The Lally School of Management and Technology at RPI and the MBA and Master’s of Tax Program at SUNY Albany. He also taught professional courses for the Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant designations.
